Underwater explorers can access Finlayson Arm and the waterway between Salt Spring Island and the Saanich Peninsula by boat from several marinas. Another diving favourite, particularly for shore dives, is Bird’s Eye Cove, the calm waters between the villages of Maple Bay and Genoa Bay. Stuart Channel, accessible from Ladysmith, is another good site; charters are available. |
