North Central transportation

By car, you can drive to and within North  Central region on Highway 19 or  Highway 19A, also known as the  Oceanside Route. By ferry, you  can go directly to Comox via BC Ferry  from Powell River on the mainland. Alternatively you can fly directly  into the North Central Island region. The  Comox Valley Regional Airport (YQQ) serves two major airlines, with daily flights between Vancouver and Comox and direct flights from Calgary and Seattle. Campbell River Airport serves multiple charter operators and offers scheduled daily flights from Vancouver Abbotsford, and Seattle.
